On July 2nd, early educators and leaders flooded the statehouse hearing room to offer testimony across more than twenty pieces of early education legislation. Kim Davenport, Managing Director, Birth to 3rd Grade Alignment, represented Edward Street and Worcester in support of legislation that would expand access and funding for high quality preschool programming in the city.
