Erin Jansky is Chief Human Resources Officer at Webster First Federal Credit Union and brings extensive experience in leadership development, organizational strategy, employee engagement, and community impact initiatives. A longtime advocate for the Worcester community, Erin has served in leadership and volunteer roles with numerous local nonprofit organizations, including most recently, CASA Project Worcester County and League of Women Voters Worcester Area. Erin holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, was a 2018 Worcester Business Journal 40 Under Forty honoree, and a 2018 graduate of Leadership Worcester. She is passionate about strengthening communities through civic engagement, advocacy, and access to opportunity, and is honored to support the mission of Edward Street and its work on behalf of children and families in Worcester.
