More than a Grin:

Since 1999, Worcester, the birth place of the Smiley face, has celebrated international World Smile Day.  This year's 20th anniversary celebration was held at the Worcester Historical Museum, sponsored by Worcester Family Partnership, Worcester Historical Museum, Edward Street Child Services, and Worcester Reads.  Books and songs bolstered the celebration. Admission was free for the morning and every child left with a copy of The Smile Book, an A through Z book about Worcester written by Worcester's children.
